my fujifilm s4000 was stolen from our home  had all our photos from when we went to the u.s.a.  told by police not much of getting it back, ok. rang fujifilm Australia talked with them so i registered stolen camera with them on this site as it is still under warrenty if some thing goes wrong maybe i would be contacted but could not find a stolen camera register as this site was put forward to me by fujifilm Australia. not so much the camera that pissed me off it was the loss of the pictures that were taken.

Recently bought a S3400 (after having a S5500 for some time) and have found that the AA batteries discharge extemely quickly.  The batteries supplied with the camera only last 3 pictures and a week in the camera.  Changed the batteries and same thing happened.  I then bought another set of AA batteries and put them in the camera, never switched it on, and left the camera off for two weeks - batteries flat.  Took camera back to where I purchased it and was told I need to use AA Lithium batteries only.  I can't see that will fix the problem.

Why doews my internet connection collapse when I remove my camera after downloading pictures ?  It works fine with Vista, but not Windows 7
